The present invention relates to a spine fixing apparatus, comprising: a plate which is fixed to a spine； screws which are coupled to the plate and inserted into the spine； rotating members which perform rotational movement at a certain position between the screws, and sliding members which are placed on both sides of the rotating members between the rotating members and the screws and perform a linear motion, wherein the rotating members rotate to push the sliding members so that the sliding members can perform a linear motion to cover the top surfaces of the screws, allowing easy locking and unlocking of the screws by changing from a locking mode to an unlock mode or vice versa； and the plate comprises a window which is penetratingly formed so that an operator can check a region to be operated with the naked eye to facilitate an operation, and can easily be bent so that an operator can bend the plate corresponding to the spine of a patient and then tightly attach and fix the plate thereto.본 발명은 척추의 고정을 위해 사용되는 척추고정장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 척추에 고정되는 플레이트와, 상기 플레이트에 결합되어 상기 척추에 삽입되는 스크류와, 상기 스크류와 스크류 사이의 일정지점에서 회전운동하는 회전부재와, 상기 회전부재의 양측으로 상기 회전부재와 상기 스크류 사이에 위치하여 직선운동하는 슬라이딩부재를 포함하여, 상기 회전부재가 회전하면서 상기 슬라이딩부재를 밀어 상기 스크류의 상면을 덮도록 직선운동시킴으로써 언락모드와 락킹모드를 전환하여 상기 스크류의 해제와 잠금을 용이하게 할 수 있고 척추에 견고하게 고정될 수 있으며, 상기 플레이트는 소정의 면적으로 관통형성된 윈도우창을 포함하여 시술자가 시술부위를 육안으로 확인할 수 있어 시술이 용이해지고 상기 플레이트를 용이하게 벤딩할 수 있어 시술자가 환자의 척추에 알맞은 모양으로 상기 플레이트를 벤딩한 후 척추에 밀착시켜 고정할 수 있는 척추고정장치에 관한 것이다.
