Cornea dissection is being dissected by means a femtosecond laser to form lenticule and arc-like incision perpendicular to the corneal surface. Input into the space above lenticule and into the space under it is being determined. Lenticule is being dissected by a spatula on the front surface and on the rear surface and removed through the incision. At that, the front and rear surfaces of the lenticule are being visually identified, and the lenticule is being dissected, starting from its front surface. For visual identification, the method comprises using laser marking, which is applied on the front and rear surfaces of the lenticule during or after corneal dissection by a femtosecond laser, or biological inert dye marking, which is applied by a marker on the front and rear surfaces of the lenticule after corneal dissection by a femtosecond laser, or biologically inert inserts, which are inserted after corneal dissection by a femtosecond laser, one - in input in the space above the lenticule - between the front surface of the lenticule and corneal stroma, and the other - in input in the space under it - between the rear surface of the lenticule and corneal stroma.
