PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finger assist device which can be customized in accordance with a length and a shape of a finger of a wearer.SOLUTION: A finger assist device is formed by connecting a second member to a first member rotatably in a bending direction of a finger. A relative position changing part for changing a relative position of the second member with respect to the first member in a direction that is different from the rotatable direction is provided on either one of the first member and the second member. With this configuration, the finger assist device is customized (adjusted) so as to match the positions of the first member and the second member with the wearing position of the finger by changing the relative position of the second member with respect to the first member in accordance with the length and the shape of the finger of the wearer.
