PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide diarylhydantoin and diarylthiohydantoin compounds.SOLUTION: Provided are compositions, such as pharmaceutical compositions, comprising specified diarylhydantoin and diarylthiohydantoin compounds or salts or solvates thereof. Isolated and purified forms of these compounds are also described. Also described are the unit dosage forms, compositions comprising substantially pure compounds, and kits comprising the compounds.
