PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the Kerrison punch that is improved in operability.SOLUTION: A tip part of an insertion part 2 to a cannula in a Kerrison punch 1 is curved upward by a predetermined angle set in a range of 20° to 30° to a front-rear axis 14 of the insertion part 2. Also, the tip part is formed in a structure twisted in a predetermined angle set in a range of 30° to 90° around the axis in a base part of the insertion part 2. When the insertion part is rotated around the axis, a cutting part of the tip moves in a range wider than before, and an adjacent next part can be cut even if the longitudinal axis direction of the insertion part is not changed. Also, as being twisted, it facilitates operation in a sense of viewing a cutting portion from the direction deviated from the axis of the insertion part 2.
