An overflow aquaculture system is disclosed. The system includes a cultured cell, an overflow area and a filter tank. The cultured cell includes a wall around a breeding area defined, and the breeding area includes at least a liquid water. The overflow area sets at a side of the cultured cell for the liquid water overflowing to the filter tank. Besides, the filter tank includes at least a filter unit for filtering the receiving the liquid water.
