PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope washing brush capable of easily washing a conduit line communicating from a base end side to the tip of an insertion part of an endoscope.SOLUTION: An endoscope washing brush includes a base part, a linear member extending from the base part, a first brush part provided on the outer periphery of a part of the linear member, and a second brush part provided on the periphery on the tip side of the linear member compared with the first brush part, with a diameter smaller than that of the first brush part.
