PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant rhizosphere modification material capable of reducing an affection of weather variation under a hot environment and an affection of a soilborne disease without using a chemical agrochemical, and a culture method for contributing to growth stability of plants using the same.SOLUTION: The plant rhizosphere modification material comprises an Epicoccum nigrum kind which has an effect of soil modification of plant rhizosphere and has a pest control effect of soilborne disease, and strain, spore of the Epicoccum nigrum kind or a preparation of the Epicoccum nigrum.
