A method for manufacturing the bulk absorbent draining dressing provides for its modeling by measuring the length and diameter of the wound canal or cavity. The drainage tube is wrapped with polymeric open-porous foam plastic in overlapped mode so that the drainage being located longitudinally within the medical absorbing body with through passage extending distally. Then the drainage tube and the medical absorbing body are stitched through transversally with the surgical needle and suture. The suture turns circularly around the medical absorbing body. The points for suturing are selected as follows: the first – in the proximal part of the bulk absorbing body, the second – in its distal part, the third – in midway between the first and second points. The threads are tied up and attached to the drainage tube allowing for the placement of the adhesive hydrogel bandage with opening for the drainage tube above the medical absorbing body. The exteriorized tube is fixed onto the skin.Способ изготовления объемной абсорбирующей повязки-дренажа включает ее моделирование, для чего измеряют длину и диаметр раневого канала или полости, в которую планируется ее расположение, дренажную трубку оборачивают вокруг полимерным открытопористым пенопластом внахлест, таким образом, чтобы дренаж находился продольно внутри абсорбирующего медицинского тела и проходил насквозь через него, выступая из дистальной части. После этого насквозь прошивают дренажную трубку и объемное абсорбирующее медицинское тело в поперечном направлении, хирургической иглой и нитью. Нить оборачивают вокруг абсорбирующего медицинского тела. Точки наложения швов выбирают следующим образом: первая - в проксимальной части объемного абсорбирующего медицинского тела, вторая - в его дистальной части, третья - посередине между первой и второй точками.
