PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate a narrowed region or an occluded region of a blood vessel in a short period of time with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A blood flow analysis system is provided in which: a vessel analysis model is generated by reading out from a memory unit, image data of blood vessels of a subject memorized beforehand; a simulation when blood is made to flow into the vessel analysis model is performed according to any of boundary conditions of a plurality of capillary positions branched off from a predetermined position of the generated vessel analysis model to the downstream, capillary flow resistance and pressure, a flow rate and a flow velocity of the inlet and outlet of the blood; each pressure loss between a plurality of routes from a predetermined position to each capillary is obtained; and a blood vessel having a narrowed region or an occluded region is discriminated based on the comparison between the plurality of pressure loss obtained in a calculation unit and a reference value determined beforehand.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】血管の狭窄部位または閉塞部位を短時間で精度よく判別する。【解決手段】予め記憶されている被検体の血管の画像データを記憶部から読み出して血管解析モデルを生成し、生成された血管解析モデルの所定位置から下流にかけて分岐している複数本の毛細血管の位置、毛細血管の流動抵抗および血液の流入部および流出部の圧力、流量、流速のいずれかの境界条件に応じて、血管解析モデルに血液を流した場合のシミュレーションを実行し、当該所定位置から各毛細血管までの複数本のルート間の各圧力損失を求め、算出部で求めた複数本の圧力損失と予め決めた基準値の比較から狭窄部位または閉塞部位を有している血管を判別する。【選択図】図2
