The microorganism fermentation liquid tank is arranged inside the housing and stores a microorganism fermentation liquid. The pump injects the microorganism fermentation liquid to an injection nozzle(23) installed on the top of a cover(12) through a hose(24). The cover opening and closing sensor is installed on the top of the cover in order to detect the opening and closing of the cover.
