A motor controlling device of an electric reel (100) is provided with: a first pressing operation portion (11), a memory portion (26), a motor controlling means and a mode switching means. The first pressing operation portion (11) is disposed to a reel main body (1). The memory portion (26) memorizes a plurality of control modes of including: a first control mode controlling the output of the motor (3) corresponding to the pressing force for pressing the first pressing operation portion (11) and a second control mode having an output of the motor (3) corresponding to the pressing force different from that of the first control mode. The motor controlling means uses any one of the control modes from the plurality of control modes to control the output of the motor (3) corresponding to the pressing force.
