PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microbubble generating device that prevents the clogging of a check valve provided in a region in which air to be mixed into a bathtub water is taken.SOLUTION: In the microbubble generating device 1, an intake hole 22 and a discharge hole 23 that are provided in a bathtub 2 are connected using a communicating tube 3, and an air mixing portion 4 and a pump portion 5 are provided in a flow path of the communicating tube 3.
