PURPOSE: A hamburger containing cultured roots of wild ginseng is provided to ensure taste, flavor and nutrition of the wild ginseng using extract of cultured root of wild ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A hamburger containing cultured roots of wild ginseng contains a patty, sauce and begetables. The patty contains 65-70 weight% of chopped beef, 3-5 weight% of cultured root extract of wild ginseng, 5-7 weight% of Bulgogi sauce, 20-30 weight% of bread crumbs, and 2-3 weight% of egg, salt and black pepper. The sauce is prepared by mixing cultured roots of wild ginseng and brown sauce in a ratio of 7:3.본 발명은 별도 가공한 산삼배양근을 주재로 하는 햄버거에 관한 것으로서, 다진쇠고기 65~70중량%, 산삼배양근진액 3~5중량%, 불고기소스 5~7중량%, 빵가루 20~30중량%, 달걀과 소금과 후추 2~3중량%로 구성되는 햄버거 패티에 산삼배양근진액과 브라운소스(데미글래스)가 7:3으로 혼합하여 이루어진 햄버거소스 및 햄버거 빵으로 구성되며 상기 햄버거 패티 사이에 산삼배양근을 5~10g을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산삼배양근을 주재로 하는 햄버거에 관한 것이다.
