PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing type diaper having the high liquid absorption holdability of a liquid or the like, facilitated in its replacement and excellent even in economical efficiency.
SOLUTION: The developing type diaper 10 includes a front part F positioned along the abdominal side of a wearer, a rear part R positioned along the back side of the wearer and the intermediate part C positioned between both parts along the crotch and can be divided into an abdominal side absorbent body 10F and a back side absorbent body 10R on both sides of the intermediate part C. Each of both absorbent bodies 10F and 10R includes a surface sheet 1, a back sheet 2 and the absorbent core 3 interposed between both sheets, at least one of the absorbent bodies 10F and 10R has a joining member 7, which is detachable to an optional position of the other absorbent body, provided to its crotch side edge part, and the abdominal side absorbent body 10F and the back side absorbent body 10R are joined in the intermediate part C by the joining member 7 so that the absorbent cores 3 (3f and 3r) of both absorbent bodies are overlapped with each other on a plan view.
