A dolphin deterrent device which comprises: a micro-control processing unit provided with a controller providing a program software for programming； a power supply； an analog converter； a driver； a plurality of single-frequency output portions； a multi-frequency output portion； and a plurality of piezoelectric elements connected with the plurality of single-frequency output portions and collectively disposed in the multi-frequency output portion. The micro-control processing unit is electrically connected with at least one light emitting indicator, a switch controller connected with a module selector, and a water detector. The switch controller is connected with the module selector and connected with the micro-control processing unit in parallel.
