PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved medicine-taking support device to support taking of medicines by a patient.SOLUTION: The medicine-taking support device 100 houses therein plural medicine cases housing normal medicines and plural medicine cases housing medicines ordered as a single use (hereafter called single-use medicines). The medicine-taking support device 100 systematically provides a patient, from a take-out port 10n, with the medicine cases of the normal medicines housed in the device in accordance with medicine-taking information of the normal medicines, and provides as a first-aid treatment the patient, from a take-out port 10e, with the medicine cases of the single-use medicines housed in the device in accordance with biomedical information obtained from the patient. Moreover, the medicine-taking support device 100 is provided with a recovery port 10c so that the medicine cases of the normal medicine and those of the single-use medicines are recovered into the medicine-taking support device 100 through the recovery port 10c after the medicines are taken. Then, the medicine-taking support device 100 creates medicine-taking records of the normal medicines and the single-use medicines on the basis of the recovery situation of the medicine cases.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者の服薬を支援する改良された服薬支援装置を実現する。【解決手段】服薬支援装置100内には、通常薬を収めた複数の薬剤ケースと頓服薬を収めた複数の薬剤ケースが格納される。服薬支援装置100は、装置内に格納された通常薬の薬剤ケースをその通常薬の服用情報に従って取り出し口10nから計画的に患者に差し出し、また、装置内に格納された頓服薬の薬剤ケースを患者から得られる生体情報に応じて取り出し口10eから応急的にその患者に差し出す。さらに、服薬支援装置100には回収口10cが設けられており、服薬後における通常薬の薬剤ケースと頓服薬の薬剤ケースが回収口10cから服薬支援装置100内に回収される。そして、服薬支援装置100は、薬剤ケースの回収状況に基づいて通常薬と頓服薬の服用記録を作成する。【選択図】図1
