PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector capable of compensating for the operation of a semiconductor circuit deteriorated by radiation. A radiation detector according to an embodiment includes an optical sensor unit, a read circuit, a read control unit, and a correction unit. The optical sensor unit outputs an electric signal according to the incident radiation. The read circuit is connected to the optical sensor unit and reads out the electric signal at a timing according to the control signal. The read control unit controls the read timing of the read circuit. The correction unit corrects the control signal when the waveform of the control signal changes.
