Recessed portions (36) that have a sufficient size to enable them to capture biological tissue A are formed n a circumferential wall portion (32b) of the circular column portion (32). Tissue capturing surfaces (37) are formed in bottom surfaces (36a) of the recessed portions (36). A plurality of micro through holes (38) that penetrate as far as a bottom surface (31 b) of the partitioning portion (31) are formed in the tissue capturing surfaces (37) of the recessed portions (36). A lens member (20) is also mounted on the container (18). The mounting position of the lens member (20) is a position that faces the tissue capturing surfaces (37).
