A method for determining a blood resistance index using an image processing technique is disclosed, which is used in conjunction with an inspection equipment showing different blood flow rates by different colors, and the inspection equipment is provided with a comparison table for checking corresponding relationship between the color and the blood flow rate. The method includes the following steps: capturing a plurality of images of an inspected part of a human body selecting a plurality of blood areas from each of the images comparing the blood areas with the comparison table to obtain blood flow rates of the inspected part in each of the images and finally calculating a blood resistance index of the inspected part according to the maximum blood flow rate and minimum blood flow rate obtained from a plurality of images during the same heart beating period.一種以影像處理技術判斷血液阻力指數之方法,係搭配一以相異顏色表示不同血流流速之檢查儀器使用,且該儀器提供有一對照表,該對照表可供查對顏色與血流流速的對應關係。本方法包括下列步驟:截取人體一受檢部位的複數張影像;於各該影像中選取出複數個血液區塊;利用該對照表與該些血液區塊進行比對,藉此得到各該影像中該受檢部位的血流流速;最後藉由同一心臟跳動周期內的數張影像中所求得之最高血流流速與最低血流流速,計算出該受檢部位之血液阻力指數。
