The present patent consists of the State of Art advances and it is composed of: 1. A way to catch vectors that may be carried out at any of the significant steps of their biological cycle; 2. A standard process of quantifying and setting the vector infestation level which generates standard reports; 3. A data-sending system that uses telecommunication, tele-localization and computer science resources for the immediate communication of the data generated by the analysis of the captured vectors to an automated central; 4. A software - and its own database - that is updated whenever new data is introduced - capable of emitting alarms and output reports and it forwards them by means of the telecommunication systems to the places and concerned social sites, advising the Public Health attitudes; 5. The capacity of the software to incorporate the epidemic backgrounds into its database and to monitor the propitious climatic conditions for the endemic diseases boom and the health care demands, and to "learn" from the processed episodes in an ongoing technological creation of Public Health. THE TRAP WITH OVIPOSITIONAL SYNTHETIC ATTRACTANTS TO CAPTURE MOSQUITOES, object of this patent, due to its size, its shape, its water content span and its internal elements - especially to the funnel exclusionary screens and to the presence of attractants inlaid in slow- releasing resin - combined with a long-lasting and economical construction and its easiness for assembly, disassembly, operation and storage, was built due to exhausting researches results which reveal that its power to draw pregnant females of the genera Aedes, Culex, Anopheles and Lutzomyia is superior to the power of all the other experimental models.
