Disclosed is a method for preparing a biopesticide preparation for preventing and controlling Solenopsis invicta, the method comprising: a. preparing a pathogenic microorganism-containing agent for controlling Solenopsis invicta, wherein the pathogenic microorganism-containing agent for controlling Solenopsis invicta contains Beauveria bassiana and sodium chloride, and the ratio of the number of Beauveria bassiana spores to the grams of sodium chloride is (1-8) × 20 billion : 4.0-7.5 g; and b. placing the pathogenic microorganism-containing agent for controlling Solenopsis invicta into a solid container, filling a liquid container with a corresponding amount of a solution, then inserting the solid holder into the liquid container, snapping a snap ring onto a bottle opening of the liquid container, then pressing a rubber gasket onto the snap ring, capping the rubber gasket and the snap ring by means of a cap, and fixing same to the bottle opening of the liquid container.
