The wheel shafts are coupled to the edge of a bottom plate(120). The rolling wheels are coupled to the wheel shafts. The fixing rods are formed on the bottom plate between the wheels. The shock absorbers are formed on the fixing rods to absorb impacts. The brackets are coupled to one side of the shock absorbers and have a coupling hole.
