PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mixed vegetable juice containing a large amount of organic sulfur, expressing higher antioxidation activity than that included in a single vegetable juice and reduced in odor and taste inherent to a compound containing organic sulfur. SOLUTION: Antioxidative activity higher than that included in a single vegetable juice is obtained by bringing a mixed vegetable juice to contain >=10 mg/100 mg organosulfur and >=0.2 mg/100 g capsathin.
