The present application relates to the technical field of intelligent wearable devices. Provided are a wearing state detection method, and a detection module and a wearable device thereof. The wearing state detection method is applied to a wearable device. The wearable device comprises a light generator and a light receiver. The detection method comprises: controlling a light generator to emit at least two kinds of light signals to a user； controlling a light receiver to receive reflected light corresponding to the at least two kinds of light signals which have been reflected by the user； and determining the wearing state of a wearable device according to a variation trend of the received at least two kinds of reflected light. By means of the embodiments of the present application, the user can determine the wearing state of a wearable device more accurately.La présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique des dispositifs portables intelligents. L'invention concerne un procédé de détection d'état de port, et un module de détection et un dispositif portable associé. Le procédé de détection d'état de port est appliqué à un dispositif portable. Le dispositif portable comprend un générateur de lumière et un récepteur de lumière. Le procédé de détection consiste à : commander un générateur de lumière pour émettre au moins deux types de signaux lumineux à un utilisateur； commander un récepteur de lumière pour recevoir une lumière réfléchie correspondant aux au moins deux types de signaux lumineux qui ont été réfléchis par l'utilisateur； et déterminer l'état de port d'un dispositif portable en fonction d'une tendance de variation des au moins deux types de lumière réfléchie reçues. Au moyen des modes de réalisation de la présente invention, l'utilisateur peut déterminer l'état de port d'un dispositif portable de manière plus précise.
