PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably observe the inside of a subject during a treatment by PDT, and at the same time, to make the treatment time by PDT shorter.SOLUTION: This electronic endoscopic system 11 includes: an illumination light unit 61 which irradiates the inside of the subject with a normal light (white light) a treatment light unit 62 which irradiates the inside of the subject with a treating light for treating the tumor tissue a CCD 21 which photographs the inside of the subject by the reflective light of the normal light or the like a halation detecting sections 55 a VRAM 28 a monitor 22 and a display control circuit 44. The halation detecting section 55 determines whether the image which has been photographed under the illumination of the normal light during the treatment of the tumor tissue is an image with halation or an image without halation. The VRAM 28 temporarily stores images for the portion of a plurality of frames. On the monitor 22, photographed images of the inside of the subject are displayed. The display control circuit 44 selects the images without halation from among images which have been stored in the VRAM 28 and makes them displayed on the monitor 22 in the case wherein the photographed images are ones with halation.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】PDTによる治療中に被検体内を良好に観察すると同時に、PDTによる治療時間を短く抑える。【解決手段】電子内視鏡システム11は、通常光(白色光)を被検体内に照射する照明光ユニット61、腫瘍組織を治療する治療光を被検体内に照射する治療光ユニット62、通常光等の反射光によって被検体内を撮像するCCD21、ハレーション検出部55、VRAM28、モニタ22、表示制御回路44を備える。ハレーション検出部55は、腫瘍組織の治療中に通常光の照明のもとで撮影した画像が、ハレーション有り画像かハレーション無し画像かを判別する。VRAM28は、複数フレーム分の画像を一時的に記憶する。モニタ22には、撮影された被検体内の画像が表示される。表示制御回路44は、撮影された画像がハレーション有り画像の場合に、VRAM28に記憶された画像の中からハレーション無し画像を選択してモニタ22に表示させる。【選択図】図2
