The flow measurement assembly includes a coupler and a flow path (40). The coupler holds the magnet 54 and the sensor 58 spaced from the magnet. The flow path can be located between the magnet and the sensor. The flow path includes an inlet 42, an outlet spaced from the inlet, and a housing having a flow conduit 56 fluidly open to the inlet and outlet 44. The iron-containing body 58 is movably disposed within the conduit.
