PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation system using a solar panel, which enables inexpensive installation of the solar panel for performing so-called solar electric generation.SOLUTION: In a power generation system using a solar panel, a base having the solar panel attached to a top surface is configured to be capable of floating on a water surface； and a solar panel device relating to such a configuration serves as one unit； and a plurality of units are floated on the water surface of a sea surface or a lake surface so that solar electric generation can be performed on the water surface.【課題】本発明は所謂ソーラー発電を行うためのソーラーパネルの設置が低コストで可能化されるようにしたソーラーパネルによる発電システムの提供を図る。【解決手段】上面にソーラーパネルを取付けた基盤を、水面上に浮かすことが出来るように構成し、このような構成に係るソーラーパネル装置を一単位とし、これを複数単位、海面または湖面の水面に浮かべることによって、水面上でのソーラー発電を行わせるようにしたソーラーパネルによる発電システム。【選択図】 図１
