A wound dressing and system for treating wounds on a patient's limb, such as a venous leg ulcer, is presented. The dressing and system includes generating an air flow within the dressing to evaporate and remove the liquid. Airflow can be initiated when the dressing is saturated. A dressing can be used to provide compression and decompression to the wound. Other systems and dressings are presented herein.
