PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor capable of visually displaying a desired-direction variation over time of a region of interest.SOLUTION: The medical image processor of the present embodiment includes an image storage part for storing a plurality of inspection images having different photographing dates and times for each patient over time, an image acquisition part for acquiring an inspection image from the image storage part, a reference point setting part for setting a reference point at a region of interest of the inspection image, a region measurement part for acquiring a measurement value of a measurement item of the region of interest in an arbitrary direction centered on the reference point, a variation calculation part for calculating a variation over time of the measurement value, an annotation and graph generation part for generating an annotation and a graph representing the variation in a lapse observation period, and a display part for displaying the annotation and the graph on the screen.
