PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technique for correctly estimating a blood pressure.SOLUTION: In this method, the following measurement is performed simultaneously or time-dividedly depending on whether a second part is a part where a target artery runs: blood vessel diameter measurement for measuring the diameter of the artery in a first part where the target artery runs and blood pressure measurement for measuring the blood pressure of the subject at the second part different from the first part.
