The purpose of this invention is to reduce the damage of blood vessel by the use of Canula needle. The butterfly artery catheter needle of this invention includes a mobile unit 1 containing a Canula needle and a hub, a tube 2 connecting to the back of the hub, a holder 3 and wings 4 for fixing. Mobile unit 1 can slide along the axis of the holder 3, and can either be located at position of usage or change the position to the retrieved position that is behind the position of usage. Besides, mobile unit 1 can be relievably fixed in the position of usage.
