When a timer of a control circuit reaches a predetermined medication time, the timer outputs a signal to the infrared sensor to sense whether there is a medicine in the partition below the umbrella-shaped hole if not, a stepper motor is driven to drive the transparent rotary disk to move a partition distance to the umbrella-shaped hole. When the infrared sensor senses there is a medicine in the partition, the timer outputs a signal to flash an indicator light and make a buzzer sound, and outputs the signal to a computer via a RS232 level conversion circuit for storing the medication data. And the computer can transmit the signal to a wireless mobile phone or a remote computer and display the signal on the monitor. When the medicine is taken out from the partition, the infrared sensor senses no medicines and stops the flash of the indicator light and sounds of the buzzer, and the R232 level conversion circuit stops outputting the signal. When the timer reaches the next medication time, the aforementioned process is repeated.
