A method for preparing a bioactive stent for inducting the regeneration of a tendon tissue, comprising the following steps: (1) taking a fresh tendon, performing decellularization processing to obtain a decellularized tendon tablet or a slice stent； and (2) compounding an extracellular matrix on the stent. The decellularized tendon bioactive stent and the use thereof are also mentioned.
