The present invention relates to a dry electrode for measuring an EEG using a sonic vibration method. An EEG measuring device according to the present invention includes a fixing unit, at least one electrode whose one end is fixed to the fixing unit, and a vibrator which vibrates the fixing unit. According to the present invention, the EEG is easily measured in a general activity by providing the dry electrode which does not use a medium material like gel.
