Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for closed-loop deep brain stimulation using a chemical measurement method. The method can include a measurement step of measuring a neurotransmitter secreted from a target area of a brain； an analysis step of analyzing the amount of the neurotransmitter； a control step of controlling a stimulation parameter based on the amount of the neurotransmitter； and a simulation step of applying electrical stimuli on the target area according to the stimulation parameter.화학적 측정 방법을 이용한 폐쇄형 뇌심부 자극 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 폐쇄형 뇌심부 자극 방법은, 뇌의 타겟 부위에서 분비되는 신경전달 물질을 측정하는 측정 단계； 상기 신경전달 물질의 성분양을 분석하는 분석 단계； 상기 신경전달 물질의 성분양에 따라 자극 파라미터를 제어하는 제어 단계； 및 상기 자극 파라미터에 따라 상기 타겟 부위에 전기 자극을 주입하는 자극 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
