Apparatus operable for communicating fluids between a tube and the bone marrow, comprising: a penetrator connection mouth (200) defined in part by a first end (201) and a second end (202)； the first end (201) of the connection mouth (200) maneuverable for engagement so that a connector (180) can be released； the connector (180) maneuverable to engage so that a gear can be released； a penetrator (210) coupled to and extending from the second end (202) of the penetrator connection mouth (200)； the penetrator (210) maneuverable to penetrate a bone and associated bone marrow； the first end (201) of the connection mouth (200) having an opening with a conical surface (64) disposed therein； a longitudinal conduit (184) extending through the penetrator (210) and in fluid communication with the opening of the first end (201) of the connection mouth (200)； a right angle connector (132) coupled to and extending from one end of a tube (150)； an accessory (144) disposed at another end of the right angle connector (132)； the accessory (144) having a conical surface (62) formed on the outside thereof； the conical surface (62) of the accessory (144) maneuverable to form a fluid seal with the conical surface (64) disposed at the first end (201) of the connection mouth (200)； the right angle connector (132) maneuverable to communicate fluids with a tube light； the penetrator connection mouth (200) which includes a threaded connection (208) arranged close to the first end (201) of the connection mouth (200)； and the threaded connection (208) of the penetrator connection mouth (200) operable to engage so that an associated threaded connection (188) can be released from a neck (133) arranged displaceably in the right angle connector ( 132)； the penetrator connection mouth (200) having an annular groove (204) operable to engage so that a protective cover (234) can be released with the connection mouth (200), the groove (204) having a portion of cylindrical cover fastening at one end adap
