When the dispensing support apparatus reaches the preset dispensing time, the staff is informed by the sound of a chime or a music box, and the color of the medicine drum button and the medicine storage tray button on the operation panel is changed and the dispensing time is notified to the staff. When a resident or a patient takes medication, an employee presses a prescribed medicine drum button or medicine storage tray button on the operation panel to change the color to the completion of medication and can perform medication management. In addition, the medication history is accumulated in the memory of the dispensing medicine support apparatus, and data can be retrieved to the outside and checked, and data can be linked with the regional medical cooperation system and the like.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION【課題】施設や病院の職員が配薬準備にかかる時間を削減する配薬支援装置を提供する。【解決手段】反復分包した入所者あるいは患者1名分の一包化薬剤を複数日分薬剤ドラムに巻きつけて配薬支援装置の薬剤収納部1にセットする。漢方薬、貼り薬等の一包化できない薬は、配薬支援装置の薬剤ドラム2に設けられた、薬剤ドラムの入所者あるいは患者と一致した薬剤収納トレイ5に収納する。配薬支援装置はあらかじめ設定した配薬時間になると、職員にチャイムやオルゴールの音で知らせ、また、操作パネルの薬剤ドラムボタンや薬剤収納トレイボタンの色が変わって配薬時間を職員に知らせる。職員は入所者あるいは患者が服薬したら、操作パネルの所定の薬剤ドラムボタンや薬剤収納トレイボタンを押すことによって、服薬が完了した色に変わり、服薬管理を行うことができる。また、服薬履歴は配薬支援装置のメモリに蓄積され、データを外部に取り出して確認したり、地域医療連携システム等とデータの連携を行うことができる。【選択図】図1
