Described is a needle assembly attachment and removal device (1) comprising a base (11), an outer member (12) fixed to the base (11), and a first inner member (14) telescoped in the outer member (12). The outer member (12) includes an inner surface of having first threads (12.2). The first inner member (14) includes pins (14.2) adapted to engage the first threads (12.2). The first inner member (14) is adapted to hold a needle assembly (6). Axial movement of the first inner member (14) within the outer member (12) causes rotation of the first inner member (14) and the needle assembly (6) relative to the outer member (12).
