Problem to be solved: to provide a skin model for treatment of a medical treatment, which can train a puncture method under an echo guide, a method of adjusting the visibility of an echo image of a skin model for medical treatment training, and a puncturing technique for an ultrasonic guided method.The skin model 10 for training of medical treatment is gelation of an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol having an average degree of polymerization of 500 to 4000 and a kenning degree of 95% or more and a nonaqueous powder or fiber having an average particle size of less than 100 .When the puncture technique under the echo guide is performed using the skin model 10 for training the medical treatment, the needle tip can be easily seen by the echo image.By this, the puncture technique training of the ultrasonic guide method becomes possible.Further, the visibility of the echo image of the training skin model 10 of the medical treatment can be adjusted by adjusting the concentration of the nonaqueous powder or fiber.Diagram【課題】 エコーガイド下による穿刺法の訓練をおこなうことができる医療処置の訓練用皮膚モデル、医療処置の訓練用皮膚モデルのエコー画像の視認性調整方法および超音波ガイド法の穿刺手技訓練方法を提供する。【解決手段】 医療処置の訓練用皮膚モデル１０は、平均重合度が５００～４０００であり、ケン化度が９５モル％以上のポリビニルアルコールの水溶液と、平均粒子径が１００μｍ以下である非水溶性の粉体又は繊維とを混合する混合液をゲル化したものである。医療処置の訓練用皮膚モデル１０を使用してエコーガイド下による穿刺手技を行う場合、エコー画像にて針先が見え易くなる。これにより、超音波ガイド法の穿刺手技訓練が可能になる。また、非水溶性の粉体又は繊維の濃度により調整することにより、医療処置の訓練用皮膚モデル１０のエコー画像の視認性を調整することができる。【選択図】 図１
