The red bean boiling water fermented and enzyme-treated liquid promotes the proliferation of fibroblasts relating to anti-wrinkle, and increases the production of collagen produced by fibroblasts, so as to prevent and eliminate skin wrinkle.본 발명은 팥물 발효-효소 처리액을 유효성분으로 함유하는 주름 개선용 화장료 조성물화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 증자한 팥을 탈수하여 얻은 팥물을 효모로 배양하여 얻은 팥물 발효액을 단백질 분해 효소로 처리하여 얻은 팥물 발효-효소 처리액을 유효성분으로 함유하는 주름 개선용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 팥물 발효-효소 처리액은 피부주름 개선에 관련하여 섬유아세포의 증식을 촉진하고, 섬유아세포가 생성하는 콜라겐의 생성량을 증가시켜 피부 주름을 예방, 개선할 수 있다.
