The present invention relates to a coolant-circulating artificial muscle. According to the present invention, the coolant-circulating artificial muscle includes: a hollow body part formed at both ends thereof with an inlet and an outlet an operation unit accommodated in the body part to generate heat when a power is applied thereto so as to contract in a longitudinal direction a driving unit provided at an end of the body part and formed of a flexible material to elongate and contract by interworking with the operation unit while accommodating an end of the operation unit therein a power application unit for applying the power to the operation unit a supply unit for supplying a coolant through the inlet so cool the operation unit and a control unit for controlling the supply unit and the power application unit to adjust the elongation and contraction of the driving unit. According to the present invention, the coolant-circulating artificial muscle has an excellent response speed.본 발명은 냉각액 순환형 인공 근육에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 냉각액 순환형 인공 근육은 양단부에 유입구와 유출구를 구비하는 중공(中空)의 몸체부 상기 몸체부의 내부에 수용되며, 전원 인가시 발열하여 길이방향을 따라서 수축하는 작동부 상기 몸체부의 단부에 구비되고, 플렉서블(flexible)한 소재로 마련되며, 내부에 상기 작동부의 단부를 수용한 상태로 상기 작동부와 연동하여 신축하는 구동부 상기 작동부에 전원을 인가하는 전원인가부 상기 작동부가 냉각되도록 상기 유입구를 통하여 냉각액을 공급하는 공급부 상기 공급부 및 상기 전원인가부를 제어하여 상기 구동부의 신축을 조절하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 따르면, 응답 반응 속도가 우수한 냉각액 순환형 인공 근육이 제공된다.
