The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a functional beverage by adding lactic acid bacteria to an Actinidia arguta sap for fermentation, and using the fermented sap of Actinidia arguta with the increased generation of γ-Aminobutyric acid (GABA) to produce the beverage.
