The present invention relates to a hand-held cupping device enabling self-cupping therapy and, more specifically, to a hand-held cupping device enabling self cupping therapy which comprises: a grip enabling a user to grip； a cup having an internal cupping space unit with one opened side and enabling cupping therapy on a body part； a support having one end formed in the grip and the cup formed on the other end, which is bent to allow the opened cupping space unit of the cup to face a human body； a vacuum unit enabling cupping therapy on the body part or separating the cup from the body part by sucking or discharging air inside the cupping space unit of the cup by applied power； and a manipulation unit for manipulating the vacuum unit. A user positions the cup on the body part where the user desires to apply cupping therapy by gripping the grip, and applies cupping therapy. Thereafter, the user manipulates the manipulation unit to separate the cup from the body part. The present invention enables the user to position the cup on the body part where cupping therapy is required, especially, on a back, by himself or herself.
