The present invention relates to a cosmetics composition for removing melasma and a use method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetics composition for removing melasma which is removed like a sticker when contents is solidified after forming a protective film by coating skin which has melasma with a first solvent including camu-camu extract as a main ingredient, and spreading a second solvent which includes lactic acid as a main ingredient on the skin, and thus can effectively remove melasma and is very convenient for a use. A mentioned characteristic of the present invention can be achieved by a cosmetics composition for removing melasma which comprises: a first solvent including camu-camu extract, a vitamin C derivative (AA2G), butylene glycol, niacinamide, glycerin, and ethanol as a main ingredient； and a second solvent including lactic acid, polyhydroxy bionic acid (PHA), and a jade powder as a main ingredient. Additionally, a protective film is formed by coating a melasma region with a first solvent and spreading a second solvent on the first solvent, the solvent can be removed like a sticker when the solvent harden.본 발명은 기미 제거용 화장품 조성물 및 그 사용방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 카무카무추출물을 주성분으로 하는 제1용제를 기미가 있는 피부에 도포(塗布)하고, 락틱애씨드를 주성분으로 하는 제2용제를 넓게 펴주면서 도포하여 보호막을 형성한 후 내용물이 굳었을 때 스티커처럼 떼어내면 효율적인 기미의 제거가 이루어지면서도 그 사용이 매우 편리한 기미 제거용 화장품 조성물에 관한 것이다.전술한 본 발명의 특징은, 카무카무추출물, 비타민C유도체(AA2G), 뷰틸렌글리콜(butylene glycol), 나이아신아마이드(niacinamide), 글리세린(Glycerin) 및 에탄올(Ethanol)을 유효성분으로 하는 제1용제； 락틱애씨드(lactic acid), PHA(polyhydroxy bionic acid) 및 옥(玉)분말을 유효성분으로 하는 제2용제를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 제1용제를 기미 부위에 도포한 후 제2용제를 제1용제 위에 넓게 펴주면서 도포하여 보호막을 형성하고, 용제들이 경화되면 스티커처럼 떼어낼 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 기미 제거용 화장품 조성물 및 그 사용방법에 의하여 달성될 수 있는 것이다.
