PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode body connection structure capable of easily separating a lead-side connector from an electrode-side connector, and effectively preventing deformation/damage of an electrode body when performing the separation operation.SOLUTION: An electrode body 3 includes an electrode body 14 obtained by forming an electrode layer 16 on one surface of a sheet base material 15, and an electrode-side connector 5 fixed to an outer surface side of the sheet base material 15 in a state of being conducted to the electrode layer 16. A lead-side connector 6 includes a lead-side terminal 33 detachably connected to an electrode-side terminal 19 of the electrode-side connector 5, and a housing 34 formed in the periphery of the lead-side terminal 33. A finger hanging flange 44 is protrusively formed in the periphery of the housing 34, and a plate-like reinforcement body 20 for reinforcing a sheet surface around the base end of the electrode-side terminal 19 is fixed to the outer surface of the sheet base material 15.
