PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dilator device for ventricular puncture for reducing damage of the brain parenchyma when a sheath is inserted and enabling an operator to use safely.SOLUTION: The dilator device for ventricular puncture includes: a tube 5 for ventricular puncture an expansion dilator 6 relatively slidably and externally inserted in the tube for ventricular puncture lock mechanisms 15, 16 for locking the dilator and the tube for ventricular puncture at prescribed positions and a sheath 4 relatively slidably and externally inserted in the dilator.
