COMPOSITE POLYMERIC NANOFORMULATION The present invention provides a composite polymeric nanoformulation for biomedical imaging, diagnostics and therapy. More particularly, the present invention provides a composite polymeric nanoformulation comprising composite polymer nanoparticles encapsulating at least one NIR dye or at least one apoptotic agent and fluorone dye conjugated or encapsulated or incorporated to the composite polymer nanoparticles. The composite polymeric nanoformulation of the present invention may be used for cancer theranostics, photothermal therapy along with photoimmunotherapy and tracking/bioimaging of cells. The present invention also provides a process for the preparation of composite polymeric nanoformulation.
