The composite sheet is composite sheet (17) comprisingstretch nonwoven fabric (172) whose stretching direction (WD) lies in at leastone direction； nonstretch nonwoven fabric (171)； junction parts (173) wherethe stretch nonwoven fabric (172) and the nonstretch nonwoven fabric (171) areintermittently joined together along the stretching direction； and multipleruffles (174) provided in nonjunction parts lying between junction parts (173)along the direction intersecting with the stretching direction by slackingof the nonstretch nonwoven fabric (171) in the nonelongated condition of thestretch nonwoven fabric (172), wherein when in the nonelongated condition theruffles (174) are collectively bent in one direction agreeing with the stretchingdirection, foldback distal end portions of the ruffles (174) do not reach theruffles adjacent thereto.
