PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope having a structure capable of improving insertion properties of a long insertion part while reducing built-in objects disposed at the insertion part.SOLUTION: A circumference of an insertion part 5 has: a centering member 9 fixed in a rearward position of a flexure part 3 and a pushing rod 13 with a pipe shape along the insertion part 5, which applies forward pressing force to the centering member 9. The pushing rod 13 comprises a light guide 15 therein.
